I'm sorry, but there is no effort in this, so...

...here's what to improve on:
Add a Plot that flows
Add a Story

Sound: Well, it's just you talking so, how about some sound effects?
Music: There was none. Add a good track.
Graphics: It was just you and a website link, that's really not animation.

"Synching"

The lip synching was out of order, the pictures were kind of blurry also. Just tune up the picture, some more quotes, and fix the lip synching of the sprites and it will be a lot better.

This is the best quality possible because the sprites were from Phoenix Wright, which is a hand held game. Tuning up the pictures would mean shrinking the dimension sizes of the video, which would make it harder on the eyes to watch, so I had to sacrifice quality, unfortunately.
